for some reason, when i go to brenda home for the first time at birdtown, i enter the door get the black screen and the sex choice bar at the bottom, any1 know how to fix that?

A quest for Martinia National Institute seems to be bugged, the quest previous of this was asking me to help Becca obtain a science project from Charles, did that, then Becca asked me to bring some concert tickets from Jason. Next Jason tells me to meet him at his house on #3 New Neighborhood North, but for some reason it will not let me enter or anything so I'm stuck.
Apparently some posts back when i searched about this, the quest was removed? But it's still there and not triggering the event to take place?
edit; I realize I probably got her name wrong, forgive me I don't pay attention. The problem is still an issue though. Her name was Becca, Brenda, something or other.

I just solved my issue. Later with the tickets the two run away, I didn't know where they were, but I just found them behind jet's library.

I have a multiple problems with this game. First of i downloaded latest bugfix , missing images and cheat mod. Here are just couple of bugs i got. Like most of people said when you come to conclusion of Sandras quest i get her anal image stuck on the screen and can't proceed with the game, i decided to pass on this quest in the end because no one has a fix for it , i did online courses and i can't access hornet garage at all , like previous problem i decided just to skip it because there is no solution online. Last but not least this one is game breaker. I finished all the school quests first (Read except of Sandras ofc) and proceeded with the main game, when i finished the Triads quests i get a pop up in book to go to school. This is the part where i should speak with Warren and Principle and start act 2. I saw that i should get a popup where i need to be summoned into principles office and then go to the rooftop. The problem is as much days i skip and try to pull it of its just can't work. I tried as someone suggested going there manually ( pr. office -> roof -> pr. office) but that does nothing in my case. Anyway if anyone can help would be great , i'm invested in this game rn. and i'd like to finish it. Thanks in advance guys!

After the Art class where we go outside to paint, when I go back in I can suddenly move through walls, and it seems to remain even after the quest. Any way to prevent it?
