You used to be able to, but BoN shifted the character involved with that into a completely different storyline. So basically the online course is effectively legacy that wasnt removed as it currently doesnt go anywhere.
Its a known bug. Wish i could tell you a fix, but i dont have one either.
so does it make sense for me to start this course at all, or just skip it and not worry?
Well, i managed to get past the bug - but only by reloading a save from before the assjob scene. After the assjob you wake up in lucy's room. Dont interact with anyone other than Lucy as this will break things. Head for the elevator.
You not suppose to end up at no garage, if you did it correctly, you suppose to end up at Rachel and talk to Warren at her house. The games gives you back control after that scene.
Known game bug. I completed it for you.
thanks for the quick reply. the only other thing installed is the missing file patch and cheat. Going to Rachels place gives no options, going home gives the yellow circle to park on.. once I park on it, i'm taken to the garage
The game says to drop Sarah first, therefore go to KnightTown and drop her at New House. You will see the circle on the road next to the bus stop at New House.
