Unfortunately, I cant tell you how to solve because I am unaware of any bugs at the Tournament. As far as I know, the tournament is bug free. I played there without issue with the pc cheat mod + v0.97, if memory serves me right.
What you can do, is ensure you are using a fresh version of the game, NOT modded. Load up a previous save and try all over again. Or send me a save right before the tournament, I will play myself and see if the issue is your save and try to fix accordingly.

Buggiest game I've played in a long while. Sure, the women look nice but the shitty renders paired with the abyssmal resolution make looking at the game torture.

You had incest turned off. You probably miss content/sex scenes from since the beginning of the game.
I turned it on but this will only allow you to see content starting from tournament, not previous missed ones.
See save attached and talk to Sarah, then play like normal.
