The Sarah and Laura one is accessible by going to Laura in the evening and you should have the option to call Sarah.

I have tested 3 people saves so far, with the fix I posted, and it works. Additionally, 7-10 people (cant rem) confirm it works now for 6/6.

I just downloaded the full .97 save that was posted a couple pages back and it works fine on that. I'll just rename my character and keep going with that. Just letting you know, the fix can only affect the downstairs one. Has nothing to do with the upstairs ones.
As of right now, all 6/6 are working. Send me your save if you cant figure it out and I will see, but most likely issue on your side, I think
