It doesn't give an option, just leave the shoes and go to your room.

You have to leave your shoes when it is 10 am after Laura ask to use your PC, then go to your room.

jnoubi I'm not sure if this pertains to the original, as from your screenshot, you should post there. This answer is for the revamp.
