You will find them with a "Heart" above there heads.

Work-Related.
The Hospital Has some Repeatable scenes but A-LOT of them are one time Events.
So you will have to do the jobs. They are Straight Forward. Take the online course from your Phone and then do the job a few times and take the course again repeat. When you become a nurse go to the individual rooms and they will tell you what to do. The director also has a job for you that gives you 2 Repeating scenes.

Hornet Garage
Just go there and work after 8 and you will get her full scene.

Get the game and make a save on the 21 slot then Copy, Paste and Overwrite it with this one.

PS:
I have intentionally NOT updated the save file (AGAIN). This update of the game has a lot of one-time events so if i just give you the save file you'll just miss majority of the content for this update. Just follow the in game walk though and you'll see everything.

I added a new Save file. Save 24 is a save where you have the option to choose your own Mafia.
You have 45 seconds to run over, so you have to be slightly quick. From there just follow the walkthough.

Well this happens when you have a candy(save editor) and you don't know whether eat or leave it there.Only thing I can do is use my save,I saw in mainstory you at 647 I got 1 at 646 before that,also last save is starting new patch only done 1-2 things(1st date with maria,just call her) and other saves are from various points in game,your save is number 10. Also you said you wanted change time,I get that but which file did you mess with? was it a json file? and which one?

for me what happen after all that is trying to find my way out restarted the same quest over had to do it 2 times,my guess was a a loop,but if you want try my save i'm at house waiting for date with maria,just scroll up/down this page and I uploaded save,your save is last one(24)

Don't use the cheat mod,it will fix.It means u have to download or unpack the game again.

hi, thanks for response, i though it was bug that i could not wake up her and could not have bath, so i decided to change time, savefile name file1.rpgsave, i mounted in software which i downloaded, rpgmsave editor, i mounted file and in extended setting i changed variables, RpgMakerSaveEdit name of soft, first i change horas from 23 to 3, quest did not worked and i decided to change 3 to 7, when i changed that , all saves became kinda corupted. now when i mount first save in software to change again that variable horas there is error (img1), also cant be loaded ingame aswell it asks choose slot of save file, when i try to load in rpgmakersavedit other save files , its opening and editable, but when i load them ingame, it says jason error(img2).
dont want to lose my progress any chance to to save my save1 file?
