I know english is not your first language but I don't understand the first part of the question. The second part was answered many times so a quick search should have gotten you the answer that Carol's date was removed from the game but you can sadly still click the call button.
You found the solution I was using. Also you can get used to it and eventually ignore it.
Oh that why sorry didn't notice it's a been I played this game since sometimes update takes a very long time to bad for Carol quest it's had a unique dates.

Hi, I need some help figuring out if I’m running into a bug. I completed Brenda’s mission, but the quest guide still shows the objective related to Distract Karen. Then, after starting Daisy’s mission and finishing the part with the burrito, the guide still tells me to switch the burrito between Daisy’s mom and her mom’s friend — even though I’ve already done it. Is this a bug? Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to fix or trigger the next step in the quest?
I don't know if it's an error or I got stuck in a bug but I can't buy the sapphire necklace, how do I do it or what would be the variable to skip this? I need help, I would appreciate it.

If you already did the sapphire necklace quest by going to the mall, talking to the jeweler, then talking with the couple in front of the cinema and giving the necklace to Rachel, then you have finished school quests and you will keep seeing this hint.
You can buy the ruby necklace and go back to the cinema entrance for an extra scene.
I only heard people using an old save encounter this since you can't pick a new car for quite a few versions.
