I haven't really figured out the code format enough to make a fix, but I can see in Map079.json (line 26) that Daisy's sexytime progression is placed after the default clause. If the uniform mission is checked (912: mISION uNIFORMES) and you have 5 uniforms, she'll always repeat that the end of that sequence, but uncheck the mission and she'll just repeat the start of it.
It's a little difficult to make out if you are not using RPGMaker MV to look at the script commands. The event you reference is in Map 79 (Daisy House2nd Floor), event 21 (EVO21, Daisy in her room), page 1:

This is as it should be. I haven't got to your problem yet because I was fiddling with the different ways to do Daisy's pool party: Daisy sets up a compromising picture of you with a gay friend, or Daisy takes a picture of you fooling around with Sarah, depending on your relationship level with Sarah. So, I haven't yet done the cheerleader quest. When I get to it, I'll look for your problem.
