As to why everyone is trusting what he is saying, it is because K7 has been a good dev for over 5 years at this point. Over these 5 years he has built up a large amount of goodwill with the community, being punctual with deadlines, doing weekly progress reports, apologizing the few times he doesn't hit a deadline, engaging with the community, etc. There is also good evidence to support that K7 is still passionate about making games, he just finished a prequel for this game, the whole point of creating the prequel was to be able to continue making a game while he doesn't have access to his main equipment.
So I dont really get what your argument really is, you think K7 is lying, but why?

Also, the German justice system (actually the German government in general) is known for being super bureaucratic, so its not like this situation is completely out of the ordinary.

I confess. I make a tremendous effort to stay marginally polite. You guys know how much I fail at that...

These new meds, no longer help with that. They help with other stuff, but, this boiling anger, this permanent rage, that precedes a major depression episode, that, they are no help at all. For that I would have to go to the ones I hate above everything, so, I refuse to take them.

If I ever go too far, you guys tell me, right? Or the mods do.

And the german police is just as efficient as slow. Often slower

i believe unless someone reports shit,mods don't do much as they're likely unaware
also l noticed like half a year ago they started taking more off a backseat / being more lenient with what they moderate or not.

I don't think anyone would make up a story about their own law enforcement doing what they are currently doing just to, what, make an excuse for not continuing on a game? Really? You are really that stupid to think that? If he got burnt out, or just decided to not do it anymore, he would have either said so... Or dropped off the face of the Earth as most abandoning Dev's has done. He didn't. He told us exactly what is going on. He doesn't need to show the search warrant just to appease you.

Exactly.

He can talk about it at a certain extent, but he can't "prove it" like the other jellyfish suggested because that's something you just fucking CAN'T. That's why lawyers said to not speak without their presence.

I think Killer said all he was able to share and if the other guy wants to be of bad faith about it just because he can't understand how laws work, not our problems, but maybe the mods can do their job and not let that diffamation posts on here.

Also, the fact that he still working on the game, both this one AND the prequel he just made, should be clear enough but I guess not all people have the intelligence or common sense to understand that.

There are gases and solids that can trick the brain into thinking it's water / liquid, and unless you touch it (or disturb it in some way), you wouldn't know at all. And by definition, if you look above the horizon, you are looking up. So you failed in your argument twice.

But I of course agree with the purpose of your argument in that a dev lying about police confiscating his stuff is pretty ridiculous, especially since there's hard evidence to prove the legitimacy of what's going on in Germany.
