He got framed by some dudes about something like crypto fraud or something like that, so they took his stuff but since he didn't do it, they couldn't find what he was accused for, obviously. But it's looks like they still want to investigate his stuff because they don't like being wrong I guess...

I see. Thanks for the info. Hope he can get his stuff back soon. I can understand the fact they don't want to admit fault. Seen it on those video's on Facebook and Youtube a lot.

As far as I remember K7 telling us, one of the police officers responsible for checking the data regarding the case where K7 was framed took offense to the image's contents. From there, they seem to now try to accuse him of showing illegal content. So the storage devices would now be held back to secure evidence for their own, new case.

Did he ever share the letter listing all the charges he’s facing? (Of course, it can be censored to avoid leaking unnecessary details.) If not, this entire discussion is pointless without knowing the charges.

Always got to be at least one who gets butt-hurt over this kind of content. LoL. As long as he has his disclaimers and all, there shouldn't be much fuss with fighting it. IF he gets a good lawyer, that is.

ok, Ill engage with the obvious troll. K7 didnt share anything with any details, but I have a suspicion you would just say he faked the letter if he did post it.
As to why everyone is trusting what he is saying, it is because K7 has been a good dev for over 5 years at this point. Over these 5 years he has built up a large amount of goodwill with the community, being punctual with deadlines, doing weekly progress reports, apologizing the few times he doesn't hit a deadline, engaging with the community, etc. There is also good evidence to support that K7 is still passionate about making games, he just finished a prequel for this game, the whole point of creating the prequel was to be able to continue making a game while he doesn't have access to his main equipment.
So I dont really get what your argument really is, you think K7 is lying, but why?
Also, the German justice system (actually the German government in general) is known for being super bureaucratic, so its not like this situation is completely out of the ordinary.

These new meds, no longer help with that. They help with other stuff, but, this boiling anger, this permanent rage, that precedes a major depression episode, that, they are no help at all. For that I would have to go to the ones I hate above everything, so, I refuse to take them.
If I ever go too far, you guys tell me, right? Or the mods do.

Always nice to see that a mod doesnt think those Personal attacks against me go a little too far. I can just recommend to never respond to those people. Its fine if they think im lying, if it makes them sleep better.

i believe unless someone reports shit,mods don't do much as they're likely unaware
also l noticed like half a year ago they started taking more off a backseat / being more lenient with what they moderate or not.

probably even without having knowledge about laws & court processes i know that talking about a ongoing case is a least stupid to do or worse actually illegal and cost him the entire case and/or result in a fine
