The writing is really awful, Dev's first language seems to be German, since he translates German words literally. He uses ripe instead of mature since both translate to "reif" in German. The saying "Dass einem die Decke auf den Kopf fällt" translates to "the ceiling (not roof) is falling on your head" but means you're bored to death.

Gotta say the game would be better with less "no choice" choice menus. If there is nothing to decide then why is it there? Slowly clicking through one choice options of the MC getting out of bed, dressed, brush teeth, and eating breakfast isn't fun and is just utterly pointless. A dark gui would be easier on the eyes. I hope Brighten is more than just a side hustle.

I came to say the same things as a couple did above.. it got pretty annoying having the flow broken to click "choices" such as open the door, turn on the tv, take out your phone, sit down and so forth. There were tons of them, sometimes 2 or 3 renders and another option to click that's not even an option. I think I have clicked less in some sandboxes. It wasn't bad overall, some of the English was a bit rough but worth a look at in the future.
