Did Riveralove specify what was changed? The only difference I can tell is that this version is half the size of the previous one. Some wording in the game was rephrased too, I believe.

It seems that way... Confusing indeed.
I'm guessing that they plan on introducing a sister route, in addition to the brother.
While this is a nice idea, I'd prefer to see them focus on what's at hand and at least finish laying the fundaments... Wrap up the UI, get some of the basic interactions done properly and add some meat to the game. Not to mention, having a proper translation.
