Lust Epidemic's prolongation is the creator's first game before his work Legend and a mother and son incest game for the 2016 era and of course all the characters would be in Lust Epidemic is on my tier list of the 10 best mother and son incest games taking into account the time it was released and the little content it has as well, nothing fairer than being among the top 20 so I say top 10 to 20 there are many better games for the top 20 of mother and son incest than this one which would be an ova and preview of Lust Epidemic

Save 1 is with the mother with six hearts, save 2 is with both of them with six hearts, you can visit them in their respective rooms and see their unlocked scenes and go to sleep to finish the game and decide who you will live with.
anyone know where to get a more straight forward walkthrough this v0.81 one gives me a headach trying to figure out
But there are a couple of really good games that followed from NLT, I can strongly recommend them, he got better and better:

One of the similarly old ones from NLT is "Visiting Aunt Sara".
One of the most fitting comments for Lust Epidemic was "came for the porn, stayed for the story"

In all three main endings, MC leaves for college (East State University) at the end of the summer. The only key difference is who will keep him company: his sister, his mother, or both of them. That's exactly the difference between the outcomes.
If the main character leaves with only one of the women, the second one is forced to stay with his toxic father, which has extremely negative consequences for each. For the mother, this means plunging into an even more destructive relationship, and for the sister, continuing to live in an atmosphere of harassment.
On the contrary, if both leave with the main character, the ending can be considered happy for everyone, including the father. Thus, the game offers one good "harem" ending and two "gray" endings.
Separately, it's worth mentioning the bad ending that occurs if the player fails to develop a relationship with any of the heroines. In this case, MC leaves for college alone, which is certainly the worst outcome.
If anyone has problems/error messages with the save games from this thread with the current version, try using the cheat from the start post. Fixed it for me.

Quick question. Is this game story related to the three latest NLT games, or is Lust Epidemic the start of that story?
i think these were during the golden days when nlt actually stood for no limits taboo. this was more related with the other game, visiting aunt sara. there's also a couple of older comics that nlt did that were related as well.
What to do with extracted save folder? i put it to folder with game.exe , game start but when i press continue and then click any of 2 save it gives :

This game is related to Lust Epidemic only because MC and his sister go to ESU (East State University). There was just a porn scandal at ESU, which is the starting point for the plot in Lust Epidemic (you can find out exactly what was in the scandalous porn in the comic book Mother's Gangbang).
Here are all the links that exist with other NLT comic books and games:
- Skinny - black guy from the Ghetto, from whom, in the story, you take your sister's lost phone, and then sell him panties for money. Appears in the comic book Auntie Deb's Show, where he participates in the gang bang of Synthia and Deb.
- Synthia - stupid ticket seller of cinema tickets, who can fuck with the MC behind the cinema theatre. In a conversation with MC, she mentions the consequences for her father after Visiting Aunt Sarah, and also appears in a number of comics (Aunt Deb's Show, Sister's Secret, A Sunday Schooling)
- Phil Yu - the owner of the shop where the MC is purchased during the game, and in which the MC can work. In the first meeting with MC, he mentions casually the porn scandal from the comic book Mother's GangBang and his wife with one of the sons who appeared in the comic book Mama's Favorite. Also, you can find a newspaper clipping in Lust Epidemic where it says that he was acquitted in court for having sex with Synthia behind the cinema theatre because she couldn't reasonably explain whether there was sex or not.
NLT has done a soft reboot since Lust Epidemic, making its sex content more vanilla. He tried to put his previous works into oblivion, while not canceling them, preserving them as a canon. But this Cumnon must not be officially mentioned. Of course, because of Mastercard's attacks on Patreon in 2018 due to inappropriate porn content. Therefore, what happens before Lust Epidemic is not so important for the plot in the game and even more so for the following games, but if you wish, you can expand the world of the game a little for yourself by familiarizing yourself with his older works (before LE).
