Lust Epidemic's prolongation is the creator's first game before his work Legend and a mother and son incest game for the 2016 era and of course all the characters would be in Lust Epidemic is on my tier list of the 10 best mother and son incest games taking into account the time it was released and the little content it has as well, nothing fairer than being among the top 20 so I say top 10 to 20 there are many better games for the top 20 of mother and son incest than this one which would be an ova and preview of Lust Epidemic

Save 1 is with the mother with six hearts, save 2 is with both of them with six hearts, you can visit them in their respective rooms and see their unlocked scenes and go to sleep to finish the game and decide who you will live with.
anyone know where to get a more straight forward walkthrough this v0.81 one gives me a headach trying to figure out
But there are a couple of really good games that followed from NLT, I can strongly recommend them, he got better and better:

Symphony of the Serpent (currently ongoing development with new releases every two weeks)
One of the similarly old ones from NLT is "Visiting Aunt Sara".
One of the most fitting comments for Lust Epidemic was "came for the porn, stayed for the story"

In all three main endings, MC leaves for college (East State University) at the end of the summer. The only key difference is who will keep him company: his sister, his mother, or both of them. That's exactly the difference between the outcomes.
If the main character leaves with only one of the women, the second one is forced to stay with his toxic father, which has extremely negative consequences for each. For the mother, this means plunging into an even more destructive relationship, and for the sister, continuing to live in an atmosphere of harassment.
On the contrary, if both leave with the main character, the ending can be considered happy for everyone, including the father. Thus, the game offers one good "harem" ending and two "gray" endings.
Separately, it's worth mentioning the bad ending that occurs if the player fails to develop a relationship with any of the heroines. In this case, MC leaves for college alone, which is certainly the worst outcome.
If anyone has problems/error messages with the save games from this thread with the current version, try using the cheat from the start post. Fixed it for me.
