From my perspective, that game was an attempt to monetize the claim that it was a spiritual successor. There was nothing in that abomination that showed any level of understanding of what made the original what it was. Hard pass on that game.

That's why I called it an attempt, I lost interest when the dev kept adding distractions. Plus the mom wasn't nearly as hot as the one in MSN.

Shit O won't open it. I seem to remember this happening before but I forget the workaround. Could you tell me?
Secondly, a lot of games will work from a flash drive and some won't. The ones that won't, open up with a tex window. Any workarounds for this?

From my experience, if you have caps lock enabled shift+O may not work.
Another possible way to fix this could be using Unren-ForAll and selecting the "Enable Console and Developer Menu" option.
Regarding the second problem, from what I can see, you're probably on a GNU/Linux system. I can't be of much help unfortunately, although I would suggest trying formatting the drive with FAT32 and see if anything changes (most likely not)
