You think I'm somewhat effected by your childish insults, when the truth is I was trying to be neutral at best. Perhaps you're too agitated to read a response calmly, and understand what I was saying and not just assume that I'm attacking you. But if you want some justification to your position, I'll give it to you.
Devs have different ideas and ways in which they announce updates or progress on what they're working on. For example, not all devs have public posts on their Patreon. Why that is, I could only speculate. For eolo, however, there are more public posts than for any other tier. Each public release gets it's own post, and the most recent update for the public was for chapter 25. The most recent post is an unfortunate personal update explaining why there will be a delay. Judging by the timing, this would explain why chapter 26 hasn't been publicly released yet.
Now, if you still want to bitch and moan about how the dev isn't doing what you want then message them and don't sound like a barely sentient sperm. Because all you're doing is bitching about it without having proof that your condescending words have any value more than a snide response
Im surely not gonna write the dev directly about something like this in a time where the dev has serious problems.
He can either read it here at some point in calmer times or not and than give a fuck or not. I didnt thought your attacking me but i think your "god moves in mysterious ways" viewpoint is moronic.
Im patreon for quite a few avn devs and i dont know a single one hiding the release annoucements behind a paywall preventing potential cumstomers from even knowing that there is something they could "buy".
Youre saying your giving a justification for it but the only thing you can come up with is "i could only speculate" and im telling you thats the case because its simply dumb, there is no (good) reason and it just prevents people from subbing.
The only reason would be that he somehow dont want one-time subs and prefers that only regular subs get the updates which would be very starnge lol
I mean its great that he does public posts for public releases .. but these dont earn him any money. I guess its possible to conclude that if a public version appears the next chapter is done already but why not just announce it like that to make things unambigious?
It costs nothing and is barely any work but whatever, its was only about stating that im not gonna sub as long as i dont know exactly which content i get.
And i dont get why youre so overly defensive, im not saying he's a bad dev (its the opposite, otherwise i wouldnt want to sub to him) but this decision is just super strange.
