Dunno if it's been suggested but it'd be nice if she could walk around with the sex toys inside her as a sort of exhibitionist event. Also is this gonna turn into a horror game or something, because I was not expecting that "What are you doing?" scene.
I ran into this too. The way I fixed it: If you hold down Shift while the game is loading, you can force Ren'Py to bring up some admin options such as Renderer, Framerate, etc. Choose a different Renderer (I switched to ANGLE2), then Quit and restart the game. I've had to do this with a couple different Ren'Py games.

Fun little game, especially with the pregnancy content added. The camgirl streaming income seems a bit OP, though.
If you're open to suggestions:
Adding random events to various locations would break up a lot of the grind. Also, while it alters the pleasant simplicity of the game, adding some characters and tracking relationship and lust points with them (like giving the crush, the catcallers, the hunk, the train perv, etc. names and simple drawings) would give the sandbox a lot more life. Also making it so you could have multiple boyfriend options (each looking for different kinds of Smarts, Shame and Sexual Desire). Also a chance that some of those boyfriend options will dump you after you do a face reveal LonelyFans or start streaming with your face, or if you get caught cheating.
For pregnancies, a bigger belly for third trimester would be nice, and some weird effects on shame and sexual desire due to hormonal fluctuations. The ability to abort, or carry to term and put up for adoption (lose forever), or hire a nanny (with Rich Girl personality; children stay at home and no cost), or give to parents temporarily (have to pay some money at end of week, but children could play into the ending). Also if character identities/relationship points are tracked, also the ability to establish paternity for each child.

Absolute quickest is to use the cheats at the bed.
Gameplay wise, the personality Overly Confident lets you start with much lower shame and increases shame loss by 20%. For actions, threesomes have the highest shame loss from all sex scenes. And there's a bunch of random events that trigger shame loss as well, but can't control those.

Damn, this is really good. It's going to be hard to stop myself from playing new versions just to have that build up experience. It would be funny if the game acknowledges the player for naming the girl as Uraraka, if only flavor text just for that Easter egg. I'm glad this game features preggo content that doesn't just end as some gimmick or bad end, well done.
Looking forward to seeing frog girl get knocked up too, assuming the other girls can be, hopefully. I would be nice if there was more activity on the menu to look at, a change in motion CG or background animations perhaps. Good stuff though definitely a promising H game without any red flags so far.
