Ok, I have tested the game for 1:30 hours and It´s pure GOLD. you really nailed it in making a great game. Nothing major needs to be changed but here are just some suggestions:
Have a menu with more information on her sexual experience (like number of vaginals, anals, creampies, risky creampies, pregnancies, etc)
A way to remove panties and bra from the bar outfit like the event where she sells the panties give us the choice to remain comando.
More ways to add sexual desire from the store (it was great to use the porn magazine till 50 but then there is nothing more)
Be able to change the uniform for school days, maybe a shorter skirt and instead of a blazer something more lewd (once she has become lewder).
Having the option to buy some kind of ovulation medicine so she can become pregnant more easier (since she got like 40+ creampies on risky days without being knocked). EDIT: while writing this post I saw that you are already looking into adding ovulation stuff.
If possible adding more options in school once she is lewd enough: having the option to take class or do lewd acts in school (it can be in the bathroom as the one of the bar or in the roof).

I'd like to see more corruption stuff, and humiliation stuff. Maybe some femdom where she gets hired by one of the girls and gets degraded by them or something? A fun idea could be her getting hired as a maid and getting into a femdom relationship where she gets paid more in exchange for being more... adventurous in the job, but the boss (likely Momo) dislikes her taking other jobs as the relationship develops (so effectively you are dating Momo in a mild BDSM relationship where Momo is the master).

Okay, so...
Once you get a fertilizing creampie, it takes ten days to show.
I tested it four times:
1. Took *ages* to get pregnant, but I made a huge mistake! I was using the massage parlour which is always protected sex.
2. Much faster, got it in about 5 days.
3. This took FOREVER! Genuinely ages.
4. I got pregnant first try!
On average, having unprotected sex gives you a 12.5% chance to get pregnant if you ignore the 'safe/risky/dangerous day' system. But there were some times where it felt like the pseudo-random generation was really messing that up.
I'll prepare an update that adds an item in the store to give you a genuine 100% chance to get pregnant for those that want a full pregnancy run. I'll probably release it next week with some extra content since I also have some Monster Girl 1,000 stuff to make.
In regards to the pregnancy coming to an end, is that something anyone even wants to see?
