Cute little game, with quite an appealing artwork. Lack of lengthy text passages pretending there is a captivating story behind all the lewd content is a huge plus, at least in my books.
In my opinion, grinding only makes sense if there are some noticeable changes in the scenes, their availability, MCs appearance, etc. which reflect the stats that the grinding affects. Repeating the same task over and over again so the player reaches a certain abstract number on a certain abstract stat and can finally unlock one event, which will not change thereafter is a more or less annoying chore. Depending on stats and experience, it would be great to see the same scene/activity with a curious and clumsy MC, somewhat experienced MC, experienced and enthusiastic MC and a shameless slut MC, totally dedicated to debauchery. And speaking of Shame, I am not sure whether a separate sex-related stat is needed, unless you envision a specific scene for high desire + high shame and low desire + low shame. So far, one seems to follow the other eventually in inversely proportional manner.
As a lifelong anal fan, I'd love to see more butt-related stuff. Combined with (vaginal) virginity, you could come with some delicious anal-only scenarios. For example, in the bar gloryhole scene, where the client proposes pussy sex, there could be an option 'I am saving this for my true love, but how about my other hole?' The double penetration scene could then have a double anal penetration variant. It could cascade further down the anally obsessed route, including a buttslut virgin ending, with some daring artwork featuring chastity piercings and an oversized buttplug. But that's just my persistent kink, or one of my persistent kinks...

Problem with that is scope. That'd require redrawing an additional variant for every single scene, and then writing an additional variant for every scene.
However, I think the majority of people would agree that the time and energy would be better spent making new scenes.
Speaking of new scenes, and unrelated from the quote.
I decided a Yuri route would be nice tied in with the tutoring with the character Momo, I have this piece of artwork below prepared and I think I might make it a femdom route with Momo being the dom, and maybe soliciting sexual for money from the people you teach too at low shame levels.
There's also potential Yuri stuff with a Toga character and more Susu (Tsuyu). Although there's a question of appropriate implementation. Maybe I can add an option at the club to flirt with Susu instead of the guy and that leads to something.

Yes, and that's what is separates a notable game from yet another grindfest. What is the point of repeating the same activity with the same illustrations and the same text over and over again so you gain 1 or 2 or 3 points on a scale of a hundred or more? It sure does increase the overall playing time, but does it increase the enjoyment? One of the best games I've played on this site consists of only a selection of one time events, which increase the MCs stats and allow for 7 different endings to be achieved after just 10 days of in-game time. Each event costs the player 1 day, so you can have a maximum of 10 unique, non-repeatable sex scenes per playthrough. The game still manages to cover a wide variety of fetishes, including quite heavy BDSM. The only downside is that its practically devoid of any lewd illustrations, only text descriptions.

Even if this game is "just for fun" once again Twistedscarlett still show us a very high quality game project and I really want to see him/her to continue develop it as many updates as possible. The story and available content so far was extremely good and well written with lot of kinks and fetishes in the game and I'm enjoy it a lot
If I ever want Dev to add something new I think a few more sexy outfit, some more job and areas to work and explore and more female cameos that we can control or at least have lewd event with them would be nice.
