It depends. As someone who loves that type of content, I'm actually quite happy with what we've got. Sure, more is always welcome but what do you suggest? The last time the dev asked for input on preg content, we had the closest thing to an unironic Round Table gathering of pure culture. It was great.
Just ensure that what you're thinking of is in line with the core theme of the game: Uraraka doing lewd things to pay off tuition fees. Seeing preg versions of the other heroes would be nice but maybe irrelevant to the core. Deliberately getting pregnant as part of a surrogacy ring though, now that's something that could work since Uraraka could be paid a hefty sum per child and the fact that quirk marriages exist in canon means that there is a high chance someone would want their child to inherit her gravity powers.
Maybe some scenes together with the older heroes like midnight and miruko? Having some MILF play could be pretty hot.
