Coincidentally enough I discovered this bug yesterday; I've made a new ero scene for the Brute and it has a latex suit version, then when I went to test it, the maiden was not releasing Maya as it should. It's fixed for the next version. Thanks for the bug report and thank you to the patron who brought it to my attention regardless.
