It's been a while since i played this game i have to grab it at some point maybe wait a little for a compressed version of the game i liked the story from what i remember.

This is the typical false choice where whatever you choose ends up in the same scene only with slightly different dialogues. The truth is that you only have the illusion that you can choose.
I don't like Mia, so if the hate doesn't affect the rest of the LIs or the development of the story, and makes it possible for me to ignore her, then I find it interesting.
I guess that explains why I've been repeating the same scene every time I load the game.

Her two scenes are in the bathroom, there isn't any other content for her after she moves in. The wait a few days message is for another update and was left in by mistake, I think.

Yes however seeing how badly people took this in the upcoming hotfix today you can just skip to the end with that button instead.
Upcoming hotfix today should fix that. It's "bugged" at the moment.

Yes, that's exactly what happens. Only after a conversation where she "convinces" you (and if you don't like the way it sounds now, I think you'll like it less after the conversation)
The hotfix is now up:
Mystic Valley 0.23.1:
- Fixed an issue where you couldn't advance Selena's story and was stuck "I have to wait for a few days" hint.
- Changed Patricia's choices so you can skip her animation to the end, and continue only the dialogue that pertains to the story.
- Fixed an issue where you could repeat returning the dog to the girl in the park forever.
- Updated walkthrough for patrons.

Well, it still happens, you just don't see it. Personally, what I dislike the most is that the raise is tied to doing the scene. Whether I see it or not doesn't change the fact that she basically paid the MC for sex, which makes the MC a male whore. Which, combined with the femdomthat the scene (and her in general) gives, makes the offer to fire the MC from work very appealing.

What really bothers me is that he does it for money, not the fact that he does it. And that doesn't change by skipping the scene , the doing it for money is still there, even if you don't see the scene. .

I waited a few days by accident on the Selena "Afternoon: I should go to the meeting in the park" and I see a new girl sitting at the table near the ice cream stand but generic dialogue plays and she never actually offers the option to talk more or say hello.
Anyone know what needs to be done to get past this? Do I have to roll back and make sure i ONLY talk to her the day after getting the quest from Selena? This is a fairly annoying bug since none of the other tasks so far have been X day dependent, just the time frame in general and either weekend or weekday.
