No worries. It's a common mistake, and you're welcome. :)
If you mean that as a visually impaired person it's common to stub your toes on something nasty, then yeah, I agree (sorry little sis). So... I'm going to take advantage of your willingness to talk to a mole. Is it possible to delete a ‘guest’ character trait marked with a ‘-’? I know that those marked with a padlock are permanent, and I seem to have seen a destiny card in the clairvoyant's cards, yes, Isabella for short, but I'm no longer sure whether it's for guests or employees.
Oh, and thanks for the answer btw (y)

I meant that a lot of people have asked about an incorrect staff member in the past, since that is the character whose hint they are reading. For example, Riley's tier 5_3 hint (which was previously asked above).. Requires Amber’s love stat to be 75. Or Kay's tier 5_1 and 5_2 hints... Requires Julia’s love stat to be at least 75 and Requires Laura’s love stat to be at least 75. Requires Laura to be resting, respectively.

As for the cards, you'll have to be more specific on the card(s) in question. I have a complete list of what they do and for whom they are for in the quick guide that is linked in OP.

Basically the way you can tell if cards are for the MC or the staff are when you click on the blank card slot in the profiles. The MC will have his cards and the girls will have their own. For example, the MC is the only one who can use the "Fortune teller" card and the "Tinkerer" card can only be used by the staff. To expand on that a bit more, the "Tinkerer" card is for maintenance and the only staff member who can work there is Kay. It wouldn't make since to give that card to one of the other girls since they don't have the skill-set for it.

And no, you can't remove negative traits from a guest except through their story progression. You can only do that with staff. If memory serves, the only guest that receives a negative trait is Karen. That stat should go away after completing her last event (if not before).

Thank you for all these details.
Yes, I was talking about a card that could remove Karen's negative trait and there's also this one (funny how it's these two that I can't stand)
Diego
(what a little shit, bah).

But there's a padlock, so I guess that trait will never go away no matter what happens

Her trait gets removed in game play, depending on your choices IIRC.
