No, I mean where did you install it? I assume that you have either put it into a system folder, or it is buried too many folders deep.
I would move the game folder to something like C:\Games as opposed to anything like the Desktop or Downloads folder.
Oh! Well, I don't have a lot of free space on my hard drive, so I actually run all my games from an external hard drive. Been working great up until now. And it's not buried that deep, just 4-5 folders. Hmm. You really think that could be the issue? I could try bumping it higher to see if it helps.

Huh. I just moved the game directly into the root folder of my usb drive and... it worked! I don't know why, but it did. I'd never have thought of trying this, heh.

Is it that the game has a limit to the number of subfolders it can dig into?

What baffles me is that it worked fine up until now. Is this particular animation located in a deeper folder?

oh then can you say the names of all harem member?
They are, in no particular order: Julia, Amber, Riley, Kay, Laura, Hana, Annika and Catalina.

Yes, it would be caused by a long path issue or having the game located anywhere in C:\Users, C:\Program Files,
C:\Program Files (x86) (the only exception is for Steam games).

If it's the BJ scene I'm thinking (usually this is the one that freezes), the path for it is:
Mystwood Manor v1.1.2\Mystwood Manor_Data\StreamingAssets\gamedata\guests\sofia_fernandez\animations\events\bedroom\BJ_1.mp4

Then you would have to take into consideration the amount of sub-folders the game itself is buried in, on top of the path to the video file.

Looking into that folder I'm even more puzzled. It's actually the other video (fuck_1.mp4) that froze on me. The BJ one ran fine, oddly enough. Perhaps because it has a shorter filename? I think I remember Windows' limit being more about the number of characters in the full path than actual depth, so that could explain the discrepancy.

Hmm. That doesn't add up though. Looking around, I noticed Nora Walsh has a much longer path, since she has subfolders under bedroom. For instance, there's this one:

Mystwood Manor v1.1.2\Mystwood Manor_Data\StreamingAssets\gamedata\guests\nora_walsh\animations\events\bedroom\masturbate\masturbate_1.mp4

And I remember that one running fine in the game.

How odd.

Well, at least I'm no longer stuck.

Thanks guys for the help.

Windows has a 256 character limit, and that would include any spaces or periods in the folder names as well. So in the above path, you're looking at around 138 characters in length. And I mention Sofia's BJ scene because that's typically the one we've seen the "freezing" problem with in the past, and that would be due to the path length issue I mentioned.

You're welcome. :)

I haven't used a PC in a few years. When I try to start the game it asks me what do I want to use to run the game. I not sure what program to use. Please help.

There are no programs to use. Just double click on Mystwood Manor.exe. Make sure you have extracted the game to its own folder first.
