So im guessing that Velle scenes are about dominating the MC, are there any MC dominating other character scenes, or a way to turn the tables on velle? Dominating the dominator would be hot haha
I don't think so, I haven't seen any yet. There's times where you can make Naira or Fanora embarrassed, but it's not really domination.

"Velle" scene? I'm not familiar with this reference.I went to the gym, you can just click on the machines next to the girl there, it will take you to the workout area. then there is a velle scene.

idk if you're serious, but Velle is the name of one of the girls. her room is the 3rd on the left. her first scene is at the fitness center in the afternoon.

I'm stuck with Esther and Naira. With Esther, the clue says "Hm, what should I do tonight?" and Naira is "Hmm, I can't find her in the morning or afternoon"
If you're talking about Natasha's 1st event, you have to peek in the changing rooms a lot at the mall, but activating the event can be buggy. I made a mod that fixes/explains it. Someone linked it a few posts above.
Well the hints are telling you to look around for them at those times, so that's what you should do. Or check what their romance levels are and look in the walkthrough for those levels.
