I had the same problem, not sure how I did it but something triggered Esther delivering the box to MC's room in the morning.

Just let a few days pass. I also had the same concern after several days of it not happening but it will happen eventually. For me, It happened like after 6 days or so

Could anyone help with the last Velle scene (level 18)? Walkthrough says that "Afternoon - Bathroom - Enter the bathroom" but I don't see her in the bathroom at all.
Ingame hint is: "I can't find her anywhere today... I wonder what's going on?"

In my case other girls are at Max levels (for this release) and I have completed the combination code ... but I don't know if it is important in order to trigger that event.
