Oh, no doubt, like I said, not complaining, and I am a patient man, even if I think it could have been handled in a better way (but they are not pros, so passes can be given). I am also used to being in the minority, like on a voiced PC in an RPG, a lot of people like it, but to me is a waste of resources, and limits my options and ability to role play. Every bit of money, time, and space that is dedicated to that cannot be spent on something that matters, like story, players choice, and more options.Ahaha, yeah, I've said (dunno, few pages ago?) that I'm also on 'no sound/music' faction, heck, i'm even rarely turn on the audio for any mobile games since it could make my device heated faster
But after vi siting many threads of many games here, I could pretty much see that the 'sound/music is a must' faction are quite large too while obviously it won't be easy to find the exact number from both factions
I'm pretty much understand the disapointment of some ppl here since I'm also one of fan whom expecting the update since weeks ago, but at the same time also trying to understand why the dev go to such length to even hiring a pro for adding something which couldn't be sure would got accepted by majority fans whom been waiting the update for months
That's why this is the second time I'm simply trying to emphasize 'he's just doing his best' and 'let's wait patiently'
Obviously not because I'm trying to defend the dev as his hardcore fan, just think it as my own selfishness to prevent the discussion place which I like to got fulfilled with disappointment posts and gloomy atmosphere
It's kind of like having to wait for your favorite candy bar, so that the people who make them can wait to get stickers of people you hate to put on the wrapper. Sure, it won't affect your enjoyment of the candy once you get it open, but... It could always be worse, at least we are not looking at Fallout 76 Rum levels of offense.
Honestly, I would likely be more inclined to listen to the game music, if the people who make the game didn't start the games with the volume cranked almost all the way up. When the first thing a game does is hit me with a sonic attack, I am not inclined to want to hear more from them. Well, that and the fact that it is not exactly realistic, I mean, where is this music supposed to be coming from? Do you have a radio in your ear? Do you live in an elevator?
...Sorry, my mother taught me that if I can't say something sarcastically, then I shouldn't say anything at all.
The problem is when they are so loud they are not safe for home either. I have woken my neighbors because the starting volume is so loud!pretty much define the means of NSFW...literally
