No leash in the game yet. If Jade is level thirteen you've done all her events, but if you've only just got her the job then your not quite done yet. The official walkthrough is handy for seeing all the available events, and how to get them.
It was one page back, it's too much for you to look, but fine to ask someone else to do it for you. Gotta love how lazy some people can be.

I think he usually makes a release date post about a week before the update release. Only thing i could find on Jikei's page about the update since the progress report from one month ago was this from 2 days ago.
