Until you go in and talk to Fuyumi I guess you don't know what it is, you don't get sent there like some locations. Although loading up a older save where I haven't visited it yet it does have the name.It's normal that I couldn't find it, there is only "???" when you pass the mouse on the building

there are many ways that the dev can add incest to this game for example subscribestar,codes and patches, all it matters if the dev wants to add it or not

Yeah at this point I don't think the dev will do any of that. If he really wanted he could've easily kept incest in the game as you said with either codes or patches.
