You could try on Neweggs USA.
They have a Custom PC Builder feature. I never use this feature, but I think there is an option for them to assemble the PC for you.
But surprisingly, RTX 5090 are way more cheaper than RTX 4090 (about 1000$ less!).
And it seems they don't have RTX3090, only 3080...

Fuck me gently with a chainsaw...Well, to better answer the question about exercise, I actually just went back to the gym today for the first time in months.
As for upgrading my PC... whee, that's not an easy question.
I could go to Costco right now and pick up the best PC they have, which would come with a RTX 5090 32GB video card for like $4000. However, Daz is not compatible with the RTX 5000 series, and most commercial PC stores are only selling setups with the 5000 cards.
Thus, I have to find a place that will custom build a PC with a 4000 series card (preferably an RTX 4090 24GB), but I'm having trouble finding a place that will do that.
Worst case scenario would be me upgrading to an RTX 3090 24 GB (I'm currently on an RTX 3080 12GB) and maybe getting a new SSD (I'm terrified of a main drive failure) and probably a new power supply, which would maybe cost me about $2000 ($1400 for the video card, $300 for the power supply, and maybe $200 for the SSD).
Up to you, of course, but especially for another $1400 for a fairly minor upgrade from a 3080 to a 3090, (obv the 2x vram would be nice) it sounds like it's possible to fudge your way through the Daz3D 2025 alpha enough with a 50-series card, (Well, to better answer the question about exercise, I actually just went back to the gym today for the first time in months.

Note: part of the way they keep their prices down is they don't ship pretty much anything, so you have to physically go into the store to pick anything up, if that's something you can do.* (I originally bought a Lenovo Legion Pro 7i with a 5090 a couple of months ago - first upgrade in >10 years
- for ~$4k all-in, but 1.5 weeks later they had the 5080 version for ~$1500 less, so did that exchange mighty quickly! ).
