As for a release date for Book 2... goodness... I haven't even started working on it, yet. I need to upgrade my PC as my current one is five years old, and I fear that it won't survive through making the next game.

Sorry, I forgot the most important question... (Sometimes I forget things. For example, when I saw the question, "Have you ever exercised?", I couldn't understand how anyone could be so stupid as to ask such a silly question. Then I remembered that it was my question. In my defense, English is not my native language. I originally wanted to know if you exercise now, but I phrased it awkwardly.)

Well, to better answer the question about exercise, I actually just went back to the gym today for the first time in months.
As for upgrading my PC... whee, that's not an easy question.
I could go to Costco right now and pick up the best PC they have, which would come with a RTX 5090 32GB video card for like $4000. However, Daz is not compatible with the RTX 5000 series, and most commercial PC stores are only selling setups with the 5000 cards.
Thus, I have to find a place that will custom build a PC with a 4000 series card (preferably an RTX 4090 24GB), but I'm having trouble finding a place that will do that.
Worst case scenario would be me upgrading to an RTX 3090 24 GB (I'm currently on an RTX 3080 12GB) and maybe getting a new SSD (I'm terrified of a main drive failure) and probably a new power supply, which would maybe cost me about $2000 ($1400 for the video card, $300 for the power supply, and maybe $200 for the SSD).

No one around your neck of the woods that does hardware update kits? Or just run of the mill computer store that sells hardware and can put it together? Curious what the hardware specs are going to be for 4000$ when the 4090 24GB is at over 3000$ on the hardware pages i skimmed quickly. Places offering it for less, usually don't have any that i could find.
What about an AMD equivalent?
