He's working on stuff (Yuffie, D.va, Kara, Kasumi) no estimated time of release.
He already has a Yuffie model. Someone posting a random Yuffie pic doesn't mean Nagoo will use that model all of the sudden.

paying for patreon with paypal requires an instant funding source (so either a credit card, direct link to a bank account, or have paypal balance) and paypal changed their processing from the US to Ireland so your bank might not be recognizing a valid transaction from Ireland
