I used this post, but doublechecked with artists archive, everything is fine
It might be on artist's end tho, he uses pretty low bitrate for 4k in general, it needs like 60-80k, not 30...
And with Cammy vid, you need even more for rain

Yeah that cammy 60fps is dogshit compared to the original 30fps one. grainy crap with all the detail missing from the original. Looks like someone has interpolated it, added film grain, encoded it at 5mbps and then reencoded it to 40mbps as if that's gonna add the quality back in lol.

I don't understand why nago choose to interpolate when he can just render in native 60fps. I'd get it if he does that for his old works...

Because render in 4K already takes too much time, and in 60fps, basically add 2 more weeks of render being optimistic and depending of his PC config

To render in 4k yes, but changing the frame rate wouldn't work.
