I dropped a few dollarydoos for a month, but can't afford a full on sub but its important to promote quality content and do what you can.

Even if you drop a few dollars it really helps especially when enough people do it.
Personally I tend to buy the finished games. Obviously I can't buy them all lol, but I do my best.

Creators like this are making more than people's salary in a month. Dropping a few bucks to help them out is scrap metal at that point

That's true. I don't know about Nagoo-sensei, but I unironically staggered and became profoundly shocked when I learned that Vicineko through his combined payment processor accounts was pulling in over 50k USD a month. Yes. That's right. 50,000 USD, PER MONTH.
Like holy shit. I should not have studied anything and instead just practiced blender. In any case, even if that is the case it is still good to promote good content. Remember what the furries taught us; No matter how repugnant & vile your preferred content is, if you pay enough you can get some of the best artists around to produce more of it, I.e. if you want more of XYZ, you have to support XYZ.
Toxic mindset. Creators charge small fees and are in place to protect their works and improve their equipment. Sometimes that includes hiring new people to finish projects on time. The amount they earn per month fluctuate and does not count as stable income. It's the same way art services are charged more by the hour than a minimum wage job. Creators usually do more than one job to produce content too unlike a company employee who is hired to fill one.
This is like the top 0.01% of artists with actual social media teams and businesses that sell their stuff at physical events too. Most artists struggle pretty hard.

Plus, even if these artists make as much as I might at my salaried job, these artists have to pay their own freelance taxes on their own--that means they have to set that stuff aside on their own behalf. Their income also doesn't include any kind of health insurance or what have you. So their gross income might match our net income, but they're in a way riskier position.
He is making over 20k a month, probably 30k. His paid member count is increasing every month. He will make over 240k after 1 year confidently. It's hard to donate when someone is already doing so well. I pledged to a small creator a bit ago who could actually use support. My boy, Nagoon, is doing fine without my donation. I gotta get back before my bowl of noodles get cold; that's dinner for most of us.
I'm glad he is doing fine financially, and not encouraging his supporters in any way that they should leave him. I apologize in advance if I sound like I'm coming off toxic
No one works for free no matter how bad or good they are at their job. Nagoo deserves to be supported regardless if $5 or $1 is peanuts to his overall monthly salary.
