no news, the 16/6 update was his last announcement.
He's working on stuff (Yuffie, D.va, Kara, Kasumi) no estimated time of release.
He already has a Yuffie model. Someone posting a random Yuffie pic doesn't mean Nagoo will use that model all of the sudden.
