Not for a while, and I don't think they were content updates. Also they've released a new game since this.

Don't think so, you have limited day to get a ending and there's no pregnancy one.

Some Unity games can get stuck if they're on on the C: drive and/or have too long a file address. I only had the one freeze at the library, you could try changing the language before it happens instead of skipping. Otherwise no idea.
