I know someone already posted a full save but this way seems easier to me. Just put this file inside the game folder (not the saves folder) and type "load fullsave" into the console (open console with ~ / ` key below escape / above tab)

Nothing crazy, but the gargoyle and succubi do use their tails for anal I'm pretty sure, might be some others added but I believe those are the only new ones, there is new anal stuff with the player as the victim though, not just tentacles anymore.

Depending on when you last played:
All three enemies in the Soul Prison have that.
