With futa it's different. If they add futa it will be like the hero is fucked with a dick, and that's already some kind of gayness. Basically any such actions, similar ones.
By that logic, would a woman pegging the hero's ass with a strapon be straight since it's not a dick?
I've given this more thought than it reasonably deserves (said "reasonably deserved" amount probably being somewhere around ten seconds or so) and, depending on one's point of view, pegging has the potential to be either one of the gayest sexual acts possible or one of the straightest sexual acts possible. Majorly it just depends on your view of "is it gay to take it up the ass no matter what".
(the answer to that is "no, it isn't, the definition of gay is being attracted to the same sex", but humans are not creatures constrained by such things as "using words correctly" and "actually understanding what they're talking about")
Granted, all of this is "so far as I know", so I may just be wrong, but... well, you get what I'm saying.

Why are we going back and forth on the sexuality of a dude getting it in the ass? If you're into man ass, you wanna see it, If you're not into man ass then you don't want to see it. All I know is that I'm not really here to see that type of stuff, so I'd rather not see it. If the dev wants to add it by all means go ahead, but please make it togglable. That's all I ask.
