Sadly no, look like the mod didn't got update despite it said that someone working on it. It has been like a year now and "still working on it"

yeah it says it some malware sandbox, has been happening for a few other games i have seen as well. No idea whats going on though.
quick question....anyone can tell me if the mc in this game falls under the
1. taking control of someones body but they still know what goes on and so on ?
2. changes the entirety over a persons reality beliefs and way of thinking and feeling as the game goes on

It's a college guy making this Mod (Plus Mod). That's why it takes so much time.
The art is mostly done, but the dialog is not done yet.
okay so it does work on changing them thats good never was a fan of just the taking over someone and thats it
I have never played a game with more horrible controls. The character doesn't always move when you click, and when he does move the camera moves as well so the point where he's going is changing all the time. Also, no WSAD controls. Also, at the beginning after the bath it says you are free to do whatever, but you still have to go through several screens of scripted events.
Looks good otherwise tho. Hope I get used to the controls being shit...

Seems like a nice game.
It's just a shame that the way to get to the scenes is so convoluted...
To get to Lena I need to talk to a cow 5 times ? Wha- ?... How does that make any sense ? Sure, in hindsight it makes sense "the cow hit you and she heals you", but even assuming that's reasonable, why 5 ?... Why not once with a choice to continue petting or to stop, and if you continue she hits you ?
This is very odd quest design choice.
In the same vein: 3 aphrodisiacs in the same day ? Wha- ?... Why ?... What's so bad about "Give 1 Aphrodisiac at night" ?...
There's also the same issue that plagues 99% of RPG maker games: everything is so damn BIG ! It's so slow to get anywhere even with the dash.
Resources are also painfully hard to get, again an issue with 99% of ero-games that feel like they need to artificially pad their length with pointless repetitive tasks.
I feel like this game would be a pain to play without the walkthrough unfortunately.
Sometimes I feel like ero-game devs feel like they need to hide everything and "outsmart" the player with convoluted secrets... When in reality I think we're just fine with simple tasks in our porn-games.
This type of games feel both over-designed and under-designed as a result of all those little quirks

to control Sarah you need to have played at least 2 times with her before the event whith Kay and her. You'll then have the possibility to give her the serum if you find ger before Kay. Beware though there's not any Sarah content in the official release though, just a mention in the ending that she's controled.
Seems that the next version of plus mod that combines content with the s mod is in the bug testing phase right now and depending on how many bugs there might be it could be ready in about a week or so.
You should start with them in your inventory. In items, under key items.
