Tou need to create a account bro in that situation only they can help you cause some mac users facing same issue on there system they report it there and after a day dianki recompile the game for then now game works for these people

1. Ayame changing triggered after completing all easter eggs
2 and 3 tenten footjo and tsunade handjob triggered in tsunade quest after completing tenten's root
Anyone got a list of how to get the easter eggs?
All I got is a Skyrim one, and a raccoon one.

But for TenTen & Tsunade scene, I already get it but only 2 CG missing.

here is the guide for the Easter eggs.
1.)Kakashi knows - first transform as naruto then go to hokage's residence then cancel your transformation.
2.)Teuchi ahegao - eat 10 or 11 ramen at Ichiraku.
3.)Dead racoon - you can find it outside the village.
4.)Body art suit for ino - there is a painting canvas outside of you room click it you will get the dye palette then in evening go to training ground give it to ino then change her clothes/costume to dye palette.
5.)Ricardo - you need to trigger the Halloween event then before you go inside the mansion click the well first.
6.)Skyrim - pass the time outside of your room.

People who encounter some problems here should consider what the warning in the red banner on the following RenPy subpage states:
It's of course absolutely possible they put such warning there just for fun and without any good reasons whatsoever. I mean, why should the developer of a game engine after 18+ years know what he says?
I am out of ideas if i encounter something like this here. Anyway, have fun playing folks.
