Similar issue, using windows defender got a warning for Program:Win32/Uwasson. A! ml inside the kunoichi trainer folder
windows defender blocks the download and says that it contains trojan

I just got told the game is a Trogan as well. Downloaded the game from two different download sources, Mega and Mediashare. Both triggered my Windows Defender saying it was a Trojan called CryptInject.
It's a known issue. And I hope it will be fixed in the next updates.

Before i play this game some of the pictures are leading me to believe theres NTR can anyone verify. I'd like to get some confirmation before i play the game, ive been burned in the past by missing NTR tags. Thanks to anyone who can answer this.

After reading on github what the issue is, I managed to make it run. After you download the zip archive, you can open the file (with Windows Explorer or 7-Zip for example), without unpacking it. Then you go into the lib directory and delete the two folders with i686 in their name. Since almost anyone should have a 64-Bit CPU and OS by now, this shouldn't really be a problem as far as running the game.
