You have to keep in mind that the Dev(s) are from Eastern Europe, they have a different mindset then we have. They are more open/tolerant for fuckery. What we count as NTR, for them is just harmless stuff. IMO I dont think this will be a pure NTR cuckhold game and that the focus will shift at some time to corruption Hinata, but like in the beginning it will have cuckholding elements to that point because the game wants it that way. Probably like a very slow burn or what they call it and MC "cant" have sex, someone else have to and that is Naruto. Its lazy writing but I dont expect much anyway.
I suggest to wait for like 0.3/0.4 or so to see if anything got changed. I cant say what happend in the current build since I didnt played it after my first post.

Well me too and I dont get it myself but if you see games which get published/leaked here which are from Eastern Europe then you will understand what I mean. With Naruto SN, its another game with chuckhold in it or Devs not knowing what NTR means which is perhaps the Slavs perspective seeing things differently, hence they dont mind adding it into the game this much. One which I can clearly remember was "Relaod" by Lions Game which IMO has similarity what this game wants but delivers something complete different. That was my point.
No hating if people are into this fetish but I must agree that if you read the description and look at the pictures you wont think of this game having voyeurism/cuckhold tendencies as a basis which you cant avoid. Even less when the game continues to going that way but like I said, this is what I saw recently (in the last 8 months) which Eastern European Devs. did in their games.

Im sorry but you are wrong on this, the game already has cuckhold in it. Cuckhold is NTR. I know people are really sensitive about it when you point it out but if I see it I will point it out. Im aware there are many different version of it hence I said specific its Cuckhold. Many people who played version 0.1 had a false impression about the further development of the game.
The main argument is that the MC enjoys watching sex.
But everyone overlooks the fact that it’s not the process of their sex that is interesting for MC, but the very fact that he is in his favorite fandom and watches live what he once watched on porn sites.
First of all, it's an isekai. The main character gets used to the new conditions. In 0.2, it is already clearly seen that the MC has motives that are directly related to the submission of Hinata to himself.
The game is rapidly moving towards freedom of choice, where everyone decides for himself what the main character will be.
Despite the fact that I already wrote this, I will emphasize once again that there will be no NTR in this game. At least for the foreseeable future.
You already have put a "voyeurism" tag. This debate has more to do with girl purity than anything. People would be angry over a game that has only prostitutes you can fuck simply because somebody else was fucking them before you.
