It's just the one scene, along with Female Domination, Masturbation and Humiliation (all tags together apply for a single event).

I added the tags for the sake of completeness, so I'm hoping they don't mislead people into thinking the game is something it's not.

it took me a while but yes you can beat him early

if you alternate between attacking healing yourself and replanishing "mana" he cant kill and you slowly chip away at him. took a while but i beat him on our first meeting

Are you perhaps using the Spacebar to progress through the Pinups? That was one bug I was unable to figure out.

Everything works completely fine if you're using Z to go through the text, though.
