Overview:

considering it's called an "incest" patch i think it's obvious it adds content where the Male protag is turned into a sissy femboy who gets his ass raped by orc dick.

...Or it turns the "childhood friend" to his Sister.

the opening is a little worrying. it starts off with the sister going to her wedding and apparently it's not the MC. then it goes to 11 years earlier.

she's probably getting married to another female member of the harem to cover up the relationship but eh who knows.
