Have the same issue
just do as it says.
Or make a shortcut from the .exe file and add: --rendering-driver opengl3
it should work then

by add you mean put those beside the shortcut name or what??

Right click on the shortcut and hit properties. It will show you the target, there you add it.
e.g.
"C:<your filepath>\NaughtyNavigatorPC.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
