Have the same issue
just do as it says.
Or make a shortcut from the .exe file and add: --rendering-driver opengl3
it should work then

Right click on the shortcut and hit properties. It will show you the target, there you add it.
e.g.
"C:<your filepath>\NaughtyNavigatorPC.exe" --rendering-driver opengl3
