Question though, are the h-scenes not involving the MC optional? Say for example I wanted to play this all lesbian focused, could I avoid het and futa completely?

I guess if I'd implement a tagging system for the scenes and a content filter to the options menu every H-Scene that doesn't involve the player could be asked to skip, it shouldn't be too difficult to implement. It could be problematic though if those scenes actually change something in the game world which would be important for the player to know.

If the player chooses in their Profile to play as Futa it will basically turn every H-Scene that's currently in the game into a Futa x Female one. There are definitely more Futa characters that aren't the MC planned down the line.

I really liked the gameplay and the story both. Can't wait to see how it evolves. Unfortunately the only thing I was disappointed by were the sex scenes. As of now the gender choices don't really seem to matter because there are no potential scenes with male partners and the femc always seems to have a strap-on, making the gender choices just seem cosmetic.
I'm usually a female mc player that's not really picky about the partner's gender so this was just a personal preference. Maybe femc x futa scenes in the future might remedy this. Although changing scene renders based on gender selection might create additional unplanned work but would be great if it were done anyways haha. The scenes that currently *are* there disregarding these caveat are pretty great though. Will be looking forward to new updates regardless!

Very promissing from what I played so far:

Moving around and managing squds and time is cruical, but without any apparent time limit, you can (adn should) take your sweet time to upgrade districts.
I see the "not capturable" message appear when starting a fight, meaning you are planing a capture/kidnap/rape mechanic?

My only gripeATM is the intro is LOOONG and that there's no way I can see to move an entire squad, rather I must move members individually from district to district.

Other than that, if you were combine this gameplay loop with AA2 3d graphics and animations you'd have an absolute ultra-banger. As it stand, the game being 2D is a big limiting factor on content, even tough the art is great so far.

No, it's extreme. If it would cause rupturing of internal organs, it's extreme. What you seem to call extreme is what I call beyond absurd.

If the rest of the game has vaguely realistic shapes (I say again, vaguely), something like that is not a good idea.

Well, I can speak from experience that lesbian MC players tend to prefer not to be forced into any content with dicks. Not all femC players want to play it full on lesbian of course, but you know. I agree with the other poster that making every scene for the female MC involve strap-ons is also a bit limiting. It kinda misses the point of having a yuri focus in your playthrough. But I understand that it is a lot of work to make exclusively different sex scenes for just one protag.

Still if you added some scissoring it could at least be reused for female + futa protag. And if you add fingering/cunnilingus you can use it for all three protags.

Generally giving the player the tools to customise their experience and fetishes is always beneficial in the end. Some don't want to see dicks, some don't want to have male on futa etc. If the sex scenes are plot necessary that is of course a bit problematic, but just do what you think works best for you. I don't want you to sacrifice your vision to please everyone.

So, if we look at this game as at a scale 0 to 100, where 0 is "The whole game is just a main menu where background is a placeholder and buttons don't do anything, except the one with the patreon link", and 100 is "The game is playable start to finish, mechanics work as intended", where it would be? And by "playable" I don't mean "every fetish existed is implemented" but rather if the core gameplay loop works or not.

Any way you can remove the game's dependence on a directx update that's over 17 years old and no longer hosted by windows? That would be good.

That is correct, there is no time limit in the Introduction Mode. I first thought about it but since it's sort of a tutorial I didn't want to unnecessarily force the player to the finishing line, I know some people hate time limits (I'm one of them). Outside of the tutorial I'd like there to be a greater sense of urgency though.

And you're spot on with the capture mechanic. In the action phase there is a greyed out "Prison" button:

I'd like to implement a mechanic which would allow the player to interrogate, recruit etc. prisoners that they were able to capture. That way high ranking prisoners could reveal hidden enemy estates on the map, troop movements or things like that.

Regarding moving entire squads, funny you say that! I had the same idea late in development and it already is on the list of QoL features I think that needs to be added.

Regarding the music, pretty much all of it is actually from places with artists that share those tracks for free, some of them are even in public domain - I was amazed myself as to what good stuff people offer there!

There should be a "Credits & License.txt" in the main game folder, it lists all song names with their artists.
You can listen to all tracks directly in the "Nayitoshi\Data\Music\*" folders.

This game is keeping it in border of acceptale range.

Anything bigger than normal human is already extreme.
Baloon tits that would be an absolute nightmare to actually have.
horse dicks that would require your entire bodies blood supply
Balls (yuck) like basketballs that would make even walking difficult.

How did it even come to this? We started with normal, sensible futa (think Bible Black - normal sized clit-dick) that is biologically sensible. Then we got scrotums/balls added that present practical problems (and block the vagina). Then we got a glue-on penis above the clitoris instead of a clit-dick (god only knows how that works. A penis isn't just a flesh tube, it's got bits below the skin). Then we got "futa" (no futa at all) with is big muscular amazon with no vagaina, giant dick and balls - with comments like "I want her to destroy my boipussy". And these people convince themselves they are totally straight.
A slide into ever more extreeme things and ever more removed from the source. Words lost all meaning. Definitions are flexible, which make them useless.
