You don't really need anyones save, they're registry files and can easily (on PC) be edited for gems. A few posts under the latest version of Vol 1.5 there's a decensor, but no idea if it's actually for it. So backup the old file before trying it.

Make sure it's the latest version, Vol 3 1.0.1 is here with a decensor on the next page. Old versions will lock up if they detect a newer one, and you might even have the demo. Otherwise no idea.

On PC you can easily edit any of the games gem count. Sometimes the decensor will also have cheats, but I might be thinking of the spin-offs as that something kumarin usually does and they've not posted here...
