Did it have the modified Assembly-CSharp for the decensor. That file is what my AV didn't like and quarantined, not the untouched game I got from Anime-Sharing.

Weirdly the 1.01.1 decensored file doesn't make it crash, but reverts the game to the previous version. I don't see any changelog anywhere but it's just skin, hair and eye colours...

That really is weird. Maybe that uncen file is reeeeally self-contained or something. Because many other files changed - even if by little. Most unusual.
Can someone attach Bepinex to this? Some tinkering must be needed as the app crashes upon start, but maybe if someone can make it work, the demosaic plugins can take care of things their usual way, and version-ups won't be problems anymore...

I tried it a long time ago and like you say it didn't work. And the only decensors from kumarin, who would usually use BepInEx were modded game files.

Not a fan of the scaling of that latest
Can't say I care much for that version's scaling; it limited to page width rather than page height, that combined with the window locked at full screen kinda spoiled the latest version for me

for PC. replace the "NejiSimTma01.1.0.3_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll" file with this.
I have no rooted phone. Let someone make a modded apk file with Lucky-Patcher.

for Android. It's a just .so file. replace the "NejiSimTma01.1.0.2.apk\lib\arm64-v8a\libil2cpp.so" file with this. .apk file is same format as .zip file. but after replace it, you must do sign the .apk file to install to android.
If you're using Lucky Patcher, use this file.

Sign apk? With using lucky patcher? I placed libil2cpp.so to the apk and I feel stupid to understand the next step. I did the txt file as well, it just doesn't work so I must've done something wrong

Apk file which can install to android is must signed. ofcourse rooted device can install apk with no-signed. but many people uses non-rooted devices.

is tool for rooted devices. .txt can be used by lucky patcher. It can patch the installed files.signer tools are exists on play-store. and there are many PC versions. PC version is needed install the JAVA runtime.
I was used rooted device. It's very easy to make patched apk file with lucky patcher. but now I use the damm samsung phone. samsung phone can be rooted. but e-fuse be broken. can't be recovered. I can't root it...
may be someone will be make the patched apk. wait that.

Some Bepinex-tweeking would be needed for the game not to error when its core files are around and trying to start, I'd assume... Correct?

Interesting. It does look like a stripped Unity version, though, on account of to the sizes of those 3 mentioned .dlls.
