Well, first of all, learn to count people, it's been 4 months, not 5.
And second, my apprentices just one is helping out.
The others are learning under me more as a hobby.
Also, every update has always been around 150/200 images and 10/20 animations, even if there was less character scenes, the content with each was longer.
You played through it in 5 minutes? Well, sorry, if you like to cntrl skip through the game, I recommend you look for something else to play.

It might be easy to point a finger and complain, but doing it just because of not understanding the workload behind a game, makes me believe that the complains are due to ignorance or after all, by unintelligent people.
Well, it's a fact that supporters did receive a lot more information, while the public just received a minimum.
Of course, not searching for the public information, does mean people are ignorant by complaining, and complaining while not really giving a fuck about anything else but the game itself just because you can, would make you uninteligent.

So, I may ask, did you guys took the effort to search information on my discord at least? It would help me knowing which one it is after all.
Personally, I really enjoyed this update. Thanks for offering it to us publicly here. People really have no idea how much time and work goes into animations, and there were three of them here. Besides, you have other projects in addition to this, not to mention real-life things that require your time as well. I appreciate your work very much.

I saw a mistake with the one shower one in your wallpaper hints. [Autumn near the beach] Locate the set of small shelves w/ towels, to the right of the shower. On the lower shelf, there's a small object at an angle; click that. It's actually [Lily in the bathtub]

hi guys i played many games here and my favorites are renpy/DAZ3D but few have matched in terms of Render quality Neko Paradise so i wanted to ask if anyone knows what body type/skin he uses?

Some are edited textures so you won't find most of them, of course I also can't give the information of the bases.
Personally, I really enjoyed this update. Thanks for offering it to us publicly here. People really have no idea how much time and work goes into animations, and there were three of them here. Besides, you have other projects in addition to this, not to mention real-life things that require your time as well. I appreciate your work very much.
I actually didn't offer the update publicly yet lol. It goes out on itch in the next days probably.

i understand what you are trying to say but you got to see our side too... i seen hundreds of devs starting to many projects at once and forced to abandon some because of that... i never understood this if you have a game especially one as popular as this one why not finish it before you start another one?
you are forced to deliver fewer updates to all 3 games i don't care how good/fast you are you cant develop more games than once unless you really slow down all 3... witch is the part that's sad for us.
hpe you udnerstand that all im trying to say it comes from a place of love for this game im not trying to criicize just to tell you the side of the fans of your games. Good luck .

I saw one glitch or mistake. For people that have already done cream pregnancy scene a long time ago it seems to trigger again and you see Cream pregnant again. After she has her baby again it now lists that I have 2 offspring's and when I started this save it showed that I had one offspring and showed the MC cream and vanilla in a scene at the nursery.

Hazel looks cute and the new scenes were pretty hot and I saw no problems with the content.

It's kinda bizarre you mention that. I saw the release on F95 here so I went to Discord and didn't see anything about a public release (I'm not a sub so I don't get those channels) - so i figured one of your subs had to play the hero here.

This whole thing of game developers interacting with the people who stole their product is very ... Twilight Zone'ish? Lol.

Imagine someone obtaining Drake's next album before it hit the stores, then complaining on reddit about how few songs there are on it - only to have Drake pop in and defend himself. Just not gonna happen. Only in this wierd little niche world of porn VN's does this seem to go on.

Sure makes things interesting :cool:

It tends to be always a pleasure to listen to the community, after all a developer that at least cares slightly, would try to give a correct answer.
Well, of course getting facepalmed while asking a question to the users complaining, is not really that unexpected. While it's also true that I would be looking forward to a honest reply.

Alorth, I'm speaking from the perspective of someone who has a degree on the wall that says "Associates of applied science in Game development, Animation, and motion graphics." I have my name in the credits of two commercial titles. There's no saying "You don't know what it's like" to me.

The output is too low. I hate to say it, but it is. You have the majority of your assets created at this point in so far as the girls people care about and as such, the renders should be faster. If they're not, maybe you need to look into streamlining your workflow or automating some aspects via some scripting. Pay someone if you don't know how to make these toolkits yourself or just ask around (such as penis morphing, so thrusting animations don't take as much hand cleanup.)

A huge part of what confounds expectation here is how you account for your updates. When you say "Over 200 new images!" people don't realize you're counting every still frame of some character wiggling around when you click them, and a different wiggle when you click headpat, and then you're also counting the exact same animation repeated in pregnancy clothes.

You would have less "Wait. That's it?" reaction if you just accounted for your updates by speaking about them in terms of "X number new memories/scenes/events. X new outfits and subsequent sprites" as you are really mismanaging the expectations of people, including your paying donators, who only pay attention to your changelog and not your progress report posts on discord or the blog.

I think something else you could do to get more millage out of the same renders is offer more repeatable scenes like you have just begun to do, but differentite them with different dirty talk. You could use the exact same time-consuming renders to do 2 or 3 variations like the first time it happens, then a casual encounter variation, and then finally, perhaps an "in heat" variation where the girl is just especially lustful that day. Writing takes far less time, yet it greatly changes the context of the retreaded scene.

I hope this criticism can be seen as constructive.

I don't mention the amount of images of the new character interfaces in the changelog.
Posing and ballancing out the lighting is what takes most time, and everytime a character is placed in a different location or camera angle changes, the lighting most time, needs to be balanced out again.
Also, I don't like to default stuff and leave it at it is, I can't ignore some hands that pretend to be touching something, for me they have to touch. Of course some time is lost, but it's important to me, that everything is like I like it to.

And yeah, I do agree with the dirty talk thing or being in heat, it could be something to consider.

I apologise for butting in. I'd just like to note that you were instrumental in creating some commercial titles, but that's not the same as working independantly. I have nothing against your intent or your comment - I think it should serve him well. I just wanted to note what may be a significant difference between your experience and his. In my defence, I also have an appreciable amount of experience on the subject of game design, albeit as a team of one (which makes me bias to be more sympathetic to him).
However, given that I usually completely misread things, I now expect him to have a team of 10+ employees and he livestreams monologues about how good it feels to fleece his patrons while DDOSing F95 on his free time. I can't keep up with today's trends.

That's the biggest reason I'm not in the game industry currently. Like you, I couldn't ignore things and my perfectionist streak made me too slow to continue to be viewed as a good value to the industry because the work output didn't match the pay. At one point I was told "That's the most expensive spell in the game" regarding my assets and coding for a particle+geometry based spell effect.

Soft body scripts( soft body collision) would be what to look into, a lot of games even do it in real time. (which blows my mind compared to the technology in 2010.) They could do most of the heavy lifting in keeping hands from penetrating through boobs instead of touching them.

Lighting wise. That's one of your biggest strengths. I usually dislike render Ren'Py games because the lighting is ghastly with most creators so I do really want to compliment you on the care you take with lights. Perhaps you should see what you can do just to make that faster? I'm sure there has to be some scripts that give you greater broad level control over lights to more rapidly set the broad strokes so that you can get to the fine tuning faster.

Maybe you can re-use locations intelligently, to double dip on your environment art time. I believe 99% of people would be perfectly fine if you did an outdoor sex scene using the exact same location you used for Violet's flashback. Even if you used extremely similar animations with personality-based minor modifications to hand positions or facial expressions... as everyone has their favorite girl.
